FAQ's
Welcome to the FAQ. Here you’ll find a number of commonly-asked questions regarding services provided for facials, waxing and hair removal and nail care. It’s a great idea to read over these before coming to your first appointment.
Keep in mind that these answers are no substitute for the advice of a physician. If you are on any medications, please let us know when booking, so we can prepare accordingly. It is imperative that you consult your physician if you have any medical related questions or concerns.
Do Have an Esthetician License?
Yes, I do.
Your skin is the largest organ of your body that protects you from a number of deadly diseases. You cannot just trust anyone with your skin until and unless they are trained professionals. It is necessary for your esthetician to have a proper license for this job. Would you let a doctor without any medical degree treat your body? We don’t think so. Then why would you risk your skin with someone who is not trained to treat your skin?
Should I make an appointment before coming to the spa?
Yes, we highly recommend that you make an appointment before coming to the spa. Making a prior appointment means that we will be able to prepare for your treatment and give you our best service. It will also save you time for you wouldn’t have to wait.
I won’t be able to make for my appointment. What should I do?
Sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment. In such cases, we request you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance about your inability to attend. This will help us to assign your time slot to another customer. You can call us or send an email to inform about your absence.
